These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 8k84 ("8k84," "we," "us," "the Company"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://8k84.win. 8k84 operates under authorization from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). These Terms govern your use of the 8k84 platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features.
1.1 By accessing 8k84.win, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 8k84 platform.
1.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with 8k84's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 8k84 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
2.1 The 8k84 platform is available exclusively to persons who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. It is an offence under Philippine law for minors to access gambling services.
2.2 By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

2.4 Where 8k84 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player does not meet the age requirement, the account will be immediately suspended and all balances frozen pending investigation. Any winnings accrued on an underage account shall be forfeited.
3.1 To participate in real-money gaming on 8k84, you must register a player account. One account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
3.2 You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile phone number.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k84 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person.
4.2 8k84 will never request your password via email, SMS, or any messaging platform. Any communication purporting to request your password is fraudulent. Report suspected phishing to [email protected].
4.3 You must notify 8k84 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting [email protected]. 8k84 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
4.4 8k84 recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your account as an additional security measure.
5.1 8k84 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
5.2 The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 8k84 wallet upon successful payment confirmation. 8k84 does not accept third-party deposits — only payment instruments registered in your own name may be used.
5.3 8k84 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside 8k84's control. For deposit issues, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
5.4 8k84 operates Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") compliance procedures in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR requirements. 8k84 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, and in all cases only to a payment instrument registered in the Player's own name.
6.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts with incomplete or unverified KYC documentation.
6.3 Standard GCash withdrawals are targeted for processing within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times stated are targets and may be affected by verification requirements, volume, or technical factors.
6.4 8k84 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or regulatory investigation is suspected. Players will be notified within a reasonable time.
6.5 Inactive accounts — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month, applied to the account balance after written notice. Balances reaching zero will result in account closure.
7.1 8k84 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and other conditions published at the time the bonus is offered. Players must read and accept the specific bonus terms before claiming.
7.2 Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
7.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in patterns of play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk — is prohibited. 8k84 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and winnings derived therefrom and to close accounts found engaging in bonus abuse.
7.4 8k84 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
8.1 All games on 8k84 use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology, independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment under real-time video supervision.
8.2 You agree to abide by the specific game rules applicable to each game category, including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, fishing games, and e-sabong. These rules are displayed within each game and the relevant product pages.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disconnection, power failure, or software error — during an active game round, 8k84 will apply its documented malfunction policy. Generally, game rounds affected by technical faults where the outcome cannot be determined will be voided and stakes returned. 8k84's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.
8.4 8k84 reserves the right to void bets placed on obvious pricing errors in the sportsbook. Manifestly incorrect odds resulting from data feed errors or human input mistakes are not binding on 8k84.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k84 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 8k84 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. No other use is permitted without 8k84's prior written consent.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 8k84's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 8k84 is not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; loss of profits; loss of data; or any loss arising from your reliance on the platform for income generation.
12.3 8k84 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.
13.1 8k84 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, regulatory requirement, fraud, or any other reason 8k84 determines in its reasonable discretion.
13.2 You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, your remaining balance (net of any applicable deductions for outstanding obligations) will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 8k84 support at [email protected] for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 Players may also file complaints with PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaints channels for matters relating to regulated gaming activities.
15.1 8k84 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before taking effect, unless immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR or applicable law.
15.2 Your continued use of the 8k84 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
